this post is better late than never.
halloween creeped up on me faster than i was ready for it.
i have sort of lost track of the days since baby matteo got here.
he couldn’t have come at a more perfect time though
because we do get to celebrate all the best “first” holidays!

i kind of slacked when it came to the costume part,
and painting pumpkins with a newborn
didn’t happen quite how i planned.
regardless, we had an awesome time
with family and friends and
it seems that we may have started a tradition over here,
pumpkin decorating at our house!
this was our second year hosting.
yay!!! i love new traditions.

so even though we didn’t have costumes and
our pumpkins didn’t get finished,
i’d say our first halloween with matteo was still a success!
